The planning of your event begins by creating a specialized menu tailored to meet your unique needs and using only the freshest seasonal ingredients. I look forward to getting to know you, to understanding your and your guests particular needs and desires, and to exploring, in depth, your vision of your special event. I'll then create a personalized menu that is perfectly tailored to you and your guests.  

My menus consist of 4 courses and include no less than 7 unique dishes that will provide you and your guests with a memorable and exciting culinary experience.

You are also welcome to build an au d'oeuvres or buffet menu or to create various, exciting food stands if this is more suited to your celebration.
